I unfortunately am unable to give a good review on my stay at this hotel. Although the hospitality was great from the lady at the front desk, I found a bed bug crawling across the bed in my room on the 4th floor. I took pictures and videos and she confirmed that it was indeed a bed bug. To my knowledge no action has been taken to resolve the issue. I spoke with Hilton and they were supposed to get back in contact with me and I never heard back from them. Very disappointing because when I travel I always try to stay at a Hilton property.

Very clean! Staff is awesome! Motel is up kept well! Great location. Felt safe. However, it's time for an update. Furniture is starting to look old. Rooms need to be modernized with smart t.v.s. Need more usb ports (only had 1 on a clock that didn't work). Because of the staff and cleanliness- it gets 5 stars from me!

The staff is top of the line! Very, accommodating, professional and personable. The room was nice but the price was outrageous at over $300.00 with tax. Stayed 1 night and it was nice but too expensive.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was great- they greeted me, checked me in and gave me amenities. The room was clean, hot water stayed hot, everything very enjoyable. Great location! They could use a trash can in the hallway so no one throws trash outside their door. The breakfast was ok, not the best for a Hampton Inn.

This was our first time staying here however it will not be our last. Tracy at the front desk was very polite and informative to my questions. She made me feel so welcome. The hotel’s decor is stunning and inviting. The breakfast was stellar and the breakfast staff were very engaging. Five stars don’t give this place Justice. Thank you, Stephanie

Nice hotel. The AC was a little in our room was a little too loud for me. The front desk staff were very nice. Nice breakfast but also a Starbucks next door. Bass pro shop across the road.

Not too much It was all good till the second day the night couldnÂ¿t get anybody to help us had loud people next-door kept us up all night and nobody here takes responsibility for nothing so youÂ¿re on your own when you come here.

Yeah, the staff security guards everybody involved at this place they donÂ¿t take responsibility when you have a problem with somebody next door thatÂ¿s being loud all night and you have to put up with it because there is nobody none of them help you
